This is causing a PHPStan patch to fail to I've prioritised this fix.

** Description changed:

- The php link used for the external feed test php is no longer a valid url.
+ The php link used for the external feed test external feeds is no longer a valid url.
  As we already have one working example, I've moved the checks for the form values to the be included in the Apple rss feed.
