  Upgrade dragondrop from 3.2.1 to 3.6.1

Status in Mahara:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  On investigation, there are no important security patches or
  compatibility fixes in the 3.6.1 minor point release, so will leave
  this until there is another major release. 3.2.1 is currently the
  latest official release.
