Title:
  Simplify page creation instructions

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
On the Edit page view at the top, currently we have:

"This area shows a preview of what your page looks like. Changes are saved automatically.
Drag 'Add a new block' onto the page to add one. You can then choose what type of block it will be. You can then also drag blocks around the page to change their position."

This is a lot of words/sentences for someone new to Mahara.

  Proposed change:
"This is a preview of what your page looks like. Changes are saved automatically.
Drag 'Add a new block' onto the page. Choose what type of block it will be. Drag blocks around the page to change their position."

Imperative makes it a lot clearer what to do, rather than the modal
verb 'can' which implies that it's an option, when really it's the
main thing you do on the page.
