  Missing string for support admin

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  The success alert string [[supportadminusersupdated/admin]] is missing
  a language string.

  To replicate:

  1. Add a new institution to your site.
  2. Add an institution member as support admin and save.

  Results:
  - Expected: The green alert at the top of the page has text.
  - Actual: The green alert only shows a missing string [[supportadminusersupdated/admin]]
