Currently, when allowing copying of an institution portfolio, it is not
automatically shared with institution members. It is not clear that the
portfolio also needs to be shared with the institution for them to be
able to copy it.

Wishlist - when copying of an institution portfolio is allowed in the
advanced sharing settings, this also changes the sharing settings to be
shared with the institution.
