  Change deployment ID fields to not be autocompleted

Bug description:
  The 3 deployment ID fields in Admin menu -> External apps -> LTI
  Advantage are fields that are remembered by the browser for auto
  completion.

  Additionally, the same should apply to these fields if they are used
  in the web services test client.
