That only seems to be a problem in the 'Maroon' theme where we have
slanted images. The other themes do not have a footer colour. Maybe
leave it off for 'Maroon' as well?

Attached is an export file that exhibits the issue. It can be imported
into Mahara as it also contains the Leap2A export.
