Title:
  Change the name display order on "People search" page and "Add a
  person" page according to language usage.

Status in Mahara:
  New

Bug description:
  Based on the fix in Bug #1971239, it would be good if the order of the
  first name and last name on the "People search" page and the "Add a
  person " page could also be changed automatically.

  I hope that the modifications example I submitted here will be helpful
  for the Mahara development.
