Upgrade failed when using "$cfg->dbprefix" in config.php due to missing brackets in
lib/dp/upgrade.php :

execute_sql("UPDATE artefact SET title = ? WHERE id = ?", array($record->email, $record->id));

need to be
execute_sql("UPDATE {artefact} SET title = ? WHERE id = ?", array($record->email, $record->id));
