Bug description:
  I think we should modify the badgr token reset message as below.

  String ID:
  resetobsoletebadgrtokenmessage

  [ Before ]
  Please go to "Account menu → Settings → Apps → Badgr" to set a new one.

  [ After ]
  Please go to "Account menu → Settings → Connected apps → Badgr" to set a new one.
