Hi Cyle,

If this is a problem solely for one person, I suspect that it's
something on the page that might be preventing the correct information
to be displayed.

If you are a site or institution admin for the student, you can
masquerade as the student and then see their content as they do,
including opening the developer console or do some testing by setting up
a new page and gradually add content, making sure that no rogue HTML is
in any text boxes or journal entries.

Title:
  tagged journal entries setting dialog not displaying

Status in Mahara:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I've been working with one of our students who is having trouble
  editing settings on a 'tagged journal entries' element on some pages.
  When clicking on the pencil icon to show the settings dialog, there is
  a 'loading' indication, but the dialog is not shown.  Other pages with
  different tags shows the settings dialog fine.  This occurs even on a
  newly created page.  He's using Chrome 102 on a Mac.

  We're using Mahara 21.10
