Artefacts, e.g. images, in page instructions replicate when the page is
copied, these should create a new reference entry and remain pointing to
the same artefact.

To replicate;

* Create a Page with View Instructions that include an embedded image.
* Copy the Page
* Check the reference to the image in the instructions on both copies
