Public bug reported:

When someone included an image in your wall and you export all your
data, the images are not exported and you get an error message along the
lines of

(export/leap/lib.php:1331) Not providing an export-relative link for [ID
of the image]

That is because the image does not sit in your own files area but still
in the person's whose left the comment.

To replicate:

1. PersonA writes a wallpost for PersonB and embeds and image into the post.
2. PersonB exports all their account data and gets an export with errors.

This does not happen when you add a group file to your own portfolio
(tested with all three permissions but not having uploaded the image).
