Is the XML-RPC PHP module compiled? It does not come by default with PHP
8 any more to my knowledge. We recommend you migrate from MNet to LTI to
connect to Moodle.

  After changing PHP version from 7.4 to  8 , mahara site stops working

Bug description:
  I am using Mahara version 22.10(since 2015) but after changing PHP
  version 7.4 to 8, the site stops working. I am using SSO moodle Mahara
  through XML-RPC. How can I allow login from Moodle to Mahara through
  SSO? Please suggest any solution.
