Yes. There were a couple of last-minute pushes, but now we're going to call the

    revision: 3421 (tarbuildnum: 1730)  

a MariaDB 5.3.4 release.

I've just put a 'mariadb-5.3.4' tag to point at that revision (it was present
and was pointing at revision 3402, which we didn't release.)

The buildbot has finished building packages, so we've finished step #4 in the
release-process.
