Hello Igor,

I've got EXPLAIN ANALYZE to work for the first queries, see details at
http://kb.askmonty.org/en/explain-analyze/

I need input re whether the shown information is what you needed for 10.0
works.

Also, we need to decide what should be shown in these columns for join
buffering/subqueries (let's discuss this on the optimizer call tomorrow).
