MariaDB 10.0.0 Alpha Release Prep

All,

The files for this release have been uploaded to the mirrors and we're
just waiting until Monday morning, U.S. Eastern time, to announce the
release.

The preliminary release notes and changelog pages are here:

The release notes page is pretty sparse. Its content is from the list
of "New already done Features" on the "What is MariaDB 10.0?" page.
Please send me additions and corrections ASAP (or make the changes
yourself).
