I am looking at

and I see at the top in the breadcrumbs:
[Home] [ Why Shared Web Hosting Service Is Ideal For Small Businesses]  [Development]

and when I click on the shared hosting I get to: 

https://kb.askmonty.org/en/why-shared-web-hosting-service-is-ideal-for-small-businesses/

In my understanding this text has nothing to do with MariaDB? Is it link spam?
