Same issue that we seem to be running into whenever a branch gets a
big merge or push ("Updating branch..." message on code.launchpad.net
and no email sent to buildbot).

I sent a fake notification to buildbot so it is now building rev 4161:
http://buildbot.askmonty.org/buildbot/grid?branch=10.0-connect

...and I've reported the branch to Launchpad so they can un-stick it
so that branch notification emails will be sent to buildbot for future
pushes (well, until the next big merge anyway).
