Hi Everyone,

Last week,

1.I was working on the Binary Protcol Resultset which is still going on.
2.Added code for Batch Statements in MySQlServerSidePreparedStatement.
3.Added utility methods in ParameterWriter.java for sending different
parameters in Binary Protocol format.
4.Code review with Massimo


This week,
1.Complete the Binary protocol resultset.
2.Test cases for batch statements and allowmultiqueries.
3.Code review with Massimo.
