That is a bug in our code which we shall fix as soon as possible. In the 
meantime, you can replace the instructions on 
https://downloads.mariadb.org/mariadb/repositories/ with the correct URL 
from yum.mariadb.org.

# http://downloads.mariadb.org/mariadb/repositories/
[mariadb]
name = MariaDB
