That's what I thought the 'fix' would be.

Here's the same thing for Slackware users:

# ln -s /etc/rc.d/rc.mysql /etc/rc.d/rc.mysqld

Since my usual init scripts take care of this I dont' usually run into
this problem, and didn't even really notice it until I tried the piaf
install.

I'm interested in those other rpms you mentioned too so pls keep me
posted okay?
