New Question: upgraded to MariaDB 10.0 but the systemctl status mariadb.service is not working? mysql command works instead?

A new question has been asked in "MariaDB community" by cyberdomecyberdome:

Have the MariaDB programmers taken out the systemctl status mariadb.service command from the MariaDB 10.0 server.   

the command was working on my mariadb 5.5 server.

can someone help shed some light
