A new question has been asked in "Moving from MySQL" by noirefuse:

One thing I miss from MySQL is their windows tray app, MySQL notifier. I am currently using it with MariaDB instead, but would like to see an open source alternative to it. I Haven't been able to find one. Are there any plans to include something like that with the windows install in the future?
