Yes, I believe you're right. 10.0.15 had InnoDB as of 5.6.21.
Now as 5.6.22 is released, it'll be in 10.0.16.  (it actually already
*is* in 10.0.16, depending on when you read it, 10.0.16 might be already
announced)
