It appears the rpm for the Cassandra storage engine is not available in your repository for centos7 or rhel7. 
The package exist in in centos 6 repository but not 7, is this on purpose? Is the Cassandra storage engine supported on CentOS7?

Example of Cassandra storage engine rpm in the CentOS6 repo:
http://yum.mariadb.org/10.1/centos6-amd64/rpms/

Example of the CentOS7 repo not containing the Cassandra storage engine rpm:
http://yum.mariadb.org/10.1/centos7-amd64/rpms/
