Yes, that's right. It's a conservative figure, the amount of memory used by
InnoDB is basically innodb buffer pool + per-page overhead (1462 byte) +
dictionary + adaptive hash index. Then there will be the per-connection
buffers but as long as you keep connections low and don't mess around with
temp tables, you should usually be fine with those.
