Not compiled in, you have to rebuild from source.

This is the command line we're using:

  cmake .  -DBUILD_CONFIG=mysql_release -DRPM=opensuse42
  make package

(copied directly from http://buildbot.askmonty.org/buildbot/builders/kvm-zyp-opensuse42-amd64/builds/483/steps/compile/logs/stdio
which also shows that lz4 is not compiled in)
