I suggest that you amend the ending of that questionnaire to make it much 
clearer (and in English) that the answers have been submitted.

It was not at all clear to me that you now have the answers I have filled in, 
as I was presented with a sentence in Spanish, and an "edit" link in English, 
but no confirmation that you now have the data I entered.
