The thing works on my machine -- I'm using an ocaml 3.11.2 patched to solve http://caml.inria.fr/mantis/view.php?id=5237,
ocamlbricks from trunk, marionnet from trunk, hand-compiled without the script.

I'm having a friend test the thing on his machine with
marionnet_from_scratch (I suppose this is what you used) right now.
