Once in a while kernel hacking feels good

Hello people.

I'm happy to report that I've just finished porting the latest kernel
ghostification patch by Jonathan Roudiere (itself a port of my 2007 work
on Linux 2.6.18) from Linux 2.6.32 to Linux 3.0.8; I've also finally
added the relevant files to the Marionnet repository, where I think they
belong. Do a bzr pull from the trunk.

As far as I can tell 3.0.8 UML kernels with the ghostification patch
work nicely, and they are easy to build; I've played with the thing a
bit on Jean-Vincent's machine, while he was away teaching. I'm sure he
won't mind.

We still have to add to the repository Jonathan's or Frank's packaging
work for the UML kernel; if I understood correctly that part is not
covered by Slavko's work.

With some sadness I dedicate this commit to the memory of John McCarthy,
father of Lisp and Artificial Intelligence and one of my great masters,
recently passed away.
