  Bug fixed in include_type_definitions_p4.ml: when there was a single sig_item an assertion was violated. Actually, the camlp4 tool Camlp4.stSem_of_list doesn't convert always into an Ast.StSem: when the list is a singleton the conversion is "optimized": [t]-> t.
