  Added support for command line options (notably -v) and for the optional argument (the .mar project to open). The splash screen is not shown if a project must be open. Also added a progress-bar which is shown anyway during the loading project process. Requires ocamlbricks revno 323.
  Example:
  $ marionnet.native --help
  Usage: marionnet.native [OPTIONS] [FILE]
  Options:
    -v         print version and exit
    --version  print version and exit
    --splash   print splash message and exit
    -h         Display this list of options
    -help      Display this list of options
    --help     Display this list of options
