  Improved ThreadExtra in order to have two additional parameters `?perform_when_suspended' and `?perform_when_resumed' for the function `waitpid_thread'.  When one of these parameters is provided, the implementation switch to a function using our `waitpid-c-wrapper.c' instead of the standard `Unix.waitpid' tool (because the standard tool is not able to detect the transitions suspended->resumed).
