  Minor but relevant changes in the build systems: now `make install' doesn't (re)compile anything, but it just copies files at their good locations. This is useful when the OCaml environment of root (administrator) is different from the normal user one. In other words, now the behaviour of "sudo make install" is closer to the behaviour of "make install".
