  Major changes and improvements, especially in the module `Simulation_level', for managing the termination of virtual machines (uml_process). Now we call the Ocamlbricks's function `Linux.Process.kill_descendants' to kill the whole descendance of a recalcitrant VM. Furthermore, the workaround periodically restarting wirefilters has been definitively removed, in order to eliminate this kind of dangerous thread synchronizations. Finally, all calls to `Log.printf' have been replaced by calls to `Log.printf<N>' (where N is the number of actuals following the format), according to the new and safe implementation of the module `Log' in Ocamlbricks.  Requires Ocamlbricks revno 390.
