  Added predicate UnixExtra.test_kind_and_access and some related instances (dir_rw_or_link_to, dir_rwx_or_link_to, regfile_r_or_link_to, regfile_rw_or_link_to, viable_freshname). These new tools replace some fragile and shell-dependent functions of the module Shell (dir_writable, dir_comfortable, regfile_readable, regfile_modifiable, freshname_possible).
