  Version where funny (and UTF-8) chars are allowed also for project names (not only for their parent directories). The tarball containing the project is structured as a tree, as usual, where the root still doesn't contain funny chars (i.e. [^a-zA-Z0-9_-.]). Comparing with previous versions, the root of the tarball is not simply the base name of the project file name without the extension (.mar), but funny chars sequences are also replaced by a single '_'. For instance, if the user choose "foo @ bar (hàhéhî) 100%.mar" for his project, the tarball's root will be "foo_bar_h_h_h_100_". In this way, we prevent some troubles with UML and VDE tools. Funny chars remain forbidden only for the temporary directory (which should be /tmp). Ocamlbricks revno 415 is required (because of the renaming Environment -> Environments).
