  Added rc-files (read command files) support for machines. Now any machine instance may be associated to a Bash script acting for a startup configuration, in the similar way available for switches. Note however that the best way to associate an rc-file to *all* instances of a distribution, remains the definition of a .relay file in the "filesystems" directory (as for instance /usr/local/share/marionnet/filesystems/machine-guignol-21852.relay).  Requires ocamlbricks revno 444.
