  Added bash rc-files (read command files) support for routers (see similar commit 481 for machines). Now routers may be configured both at Quagga (.conf) and Unix (.sh) levels. If provided, the Bash script will be executed (sourced) *after* updating Quagga files (/etc/quagga/*.conf).
