Tom has discovered that the entity to sort by is called the Logical
Channel Number (LCN).  To fulfil this requirement Me TV will have to use
a different channels.conf format.  I really don't want to do this in
0.5.X when I'm trying to close off 0.5.  To me, this is a new
feature/blueprint rather than a bug.  I'll raise a blueprint for it so
that we can track it in the next version of Me TV.  In the meantime
users will have to sort the channels manually in the channels.conf file
to get the desired ordering.

Bug description:
After the original channel scan, channels in the EPG are show in the wrong order.

In the UK digital terrestrial channels are always shown in a set order. They are each given a number (BBC One is 1, ITV1 is 3, BBC News 24 is 80, etc) which is the same on every TV set. However, Me TV doesn't reflect this order.
