Hi,

I'm closing this because it is not a bug, it's a request for a new
feature/blueprint.  There are a ton of applications that already handle
analog TV.  Zapping is the equivalent application for analog TV in
GNOME.  There's really no benefit to me spending months developing
software when there already exists some excellent alternatives for
analog TV.  TVTime is also very neat.

If you would like to develop analog TV support for Me TV then go ahead.
I'll include your changes.
