I still think that this is not perfect, but it'll do for 0.5.  The issue
is that Me TV can only record the streams that are available when the
channel is changed.  Can you please confirm that audio streams are also
working.

Bug description:
No subtitles are saved to scheduled recording. User must first define subtitle stream for a program and after that start manually recording to save them with *.mpeg file.
