Re: [Bug 219562] Re: Autosurf locks up
Just tried it again.? I have a channel that is weak.? If it doesn't lock on that channel, it reports that, I hit ok, but it seems to keep trying that channel over and over, rather than moving to the next channel in the list.? Also, If I'm on channel in the middle of the list, it starts at the top of the list when I hit autosurf, rather than where I am at.? It goes into an endless loop, and you can't get out other than a forced quit.

Subject: [Bug 219562] Re: Autosurf locks up
I can't replicate this. Do you have a channel that doesn't work in your
list? Does it happen immediately or does it get to a particular channel
then stop?

Autosurf locks up

Status in Me TV, it's TV for me computer: New
Bug description:
Running 0.5.27 in Ubuntu 8.04 beta. Hauppauge HVR-1500, in ATSC mode.
Autosurf will consistently lock up the application. The application continues
to surf, and doesn't respond to pressing autosurf again, or any other button.
Hitting the close box in the window says that the app is not responding, and
gives an option to continue or quit now.
In addition, while autosurfing, the channel indication in the lower left window
frame never changes when the channel changes.
The log file shows nothing abnormal, and no error messages.
