I have repeated tests several times and now I think this problem has nothing
with epg. The problem is me-tv is sometimes very cpu intensive and when cpu
is near 100%, clicks are ignored. I think loosing mouse events can be seen
as normal behaviour of X applications when cpu is near 100%.
Sorry for noise with epg.

Bug description:
Clicking to channel names are sometimes ignored (it does not switch the channel).
This occurs e.g. when I click the channel name, for which the epg data are not yet
displayed due the reason that the channel is on different multiplex (frequency) than
the current channel.

Steps to reproduce:
1) have at least two channels from different multiplexes (frequencies)
2) delete epg data file
3) run Me TV
4) click to switch from one channel to other (the one on different multiplex)
