This is not a Me TV issue.  The initial tuning files are provided by a
different package on your system, not Me TV.  Me TV simply uses them.
If you're using Debian/Ubuntu they are from the dvb-utils package.  You
should get in touch with those people if you want the initial tuning
files modified.
