Essentially there is an error in your channels.conf!

How did you go about the creation of your channels.conf?

Is there not a channel file for your area within the DVB-utils package?

If not, then maybe you need to consider using wscan to create a new
channels.conf file (just Google wscan for more details on how to use it
Also it is in the universe repo in Jaunty)
