Subject: Naming a project
Hola all,
How would you call an accessible, mobile alternative input method
(a.k.a. on-screen keyboard)?
Some pointers to help you think of a name:
* Will implement switch access
* Will implement self- and/or user-scanning
* Initially implemented on Android& Blackberry
* Could make use of mobile sensors (e.g., touch, accelerometers) to
implement internal switches
* Target users are people with mild to severe motor impairments
* Designed to allow direct access to the device's own UI
* Should implement both hardware (e.g., power button, volume)&
character keys
* For powered wheelchair users it will connect directly to their
wheelchair interface
* Sends external switch events via bluetooth
* Is open source
Looking forward to your suggestions!
Jorge
