[Bug 487233] Re: package request: rescene

** Description changed:

- Recently I noticed most binaries on usenet are now being packed with a .srr file, when I enquired as to what they do I found they are created by a program called rescene, which allows for the exact replication of the original rar files after deletion using only the extracted data and the .srr file. No source or licensing information is provided just an .exe that can run in mono http://rescene.info/download.htm perfectly.

Is this suitable for packaging in medibuntu?
