Please look at this lines taken from the log file:

/var/cache/apt/archives/skype_2.1.0.81-1_i386.deb == deb from skype repository
skype-common 0:2.1.0.47-0medibuntu2 == deb from Medibuntu

So, this is "Won't Fix" because, obviously, we don't support upgrades
from our packages to packages from Skype's repository. It's your problem
if you mix third party repositories and if something breaks. Anyway,
don't worry, Skype has been removed from Medibuntu, so you won't have
anymore to complain and ask us to fix packages that are in another
repository.
